The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to all major sites around Burgos, including during the annual folkloric festival. the personnel were attentive and made us feel welcome.

location is perfect for the centre and MEH. price, being an offer, was fine. Without the offer it would have been expensive. staff was friendly and attentive. bathroom/toilet separation was also appreciated.
expectation I had about the supposed four stars.. lack of maintenance of the installations, air conditioning, painting on the walls (why don't they put corner posts...? rubbing of the suitcases leaves sad marks on the paint finish... insistence on installing little glass lamps that are impossible to clean and that with time become shabby and give a bad appearance... makes it unworthy of the 4 stars it has.. You can see that he lived better times. what is not taken care of ends up being spoiled.. I had to change my room because the AA wasn't working.. breakfast was a very normal buffet. mediocre I would say for a 4 star, with the pineapple dry and with many deficiencies, I've seen three-star hotels that worked harder. Another minor detail. I do not understand is that they put a three-fingered duvet as a bed cover in the middle of summer, It's Burgos. yes, it's not cold and problem is that they don't offer you anything in between in the bed or in the closet, These are details that make a difference. Don't hotel managers know these things.

Nicely furnished and brand-new rooms complete with bidet and a bigger selection plus jacuzzi bath, efficient staff. Location not far from the Cathedral and other attractions as well as shops as well as all major tourist sites.

Great value for money, with a free upgrade to a spacious and clean room with comfortable beds and a lovely marble bathroom. The hotel's location near the Cathedral and city center was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel very good. The cleaning of the room very good. You could hardly notice any noise in the room.
I had to stay one more night in Burgos, which I had not planned for the 5 nights I had already enjoyed, but I changed hotels because they did not respect the price/night of the previous ones. I had to go to another hotel because the price I was given was not in my personal quality/price ratio. Perhaps if they had included my breakfast in that new price for 1 more night I would have considered it, but I did not perceive any interest in retaining me as a client even though the result could have been the same later. I would put a space at the entrance of the hotel to leave the car while you check in, especially when you arrive without knowing the hotel or the city. The service/personnel is very good but I miss some necessary services for the category that the hotel says it has;. - There was no option to order a sandwich for dinner and you had to leave the hotel even if you didn't want to. - In my case I missed a normal bike rental service and / or electric.

The breakfast was great with even fresh salmon and enough butter, for instance, we enjoyed everything. The hotel had a very central location close to main square.

Great reception and lovely old furniture in the bedrooms and dotted around the hotel
Parking is difficult although there is a 10 minute parking spot right outside the door of the hotel. You can walk to everywhere once your parked up

Location, only
Outdated facilities. quilt with a hole in it. cistern was malfunctioning. heating system was too low and could not be regulated. air conditioning system was broken, cover was missing and car park (included in the price in my case) was extremely narrow. You are given the access key and have to return it to the reception, you can't take it with you. parking is a few meters from the hotel and you have to take out the car, stop at the door and get out to return the keys, same when you return you have to look for the key before entering the parking. It is uncomfortable, especially if you go alone. They say it's because they have few keys. solution is easy: to have as many keys as the number of parking spaces the hotel has. To enter the hotel you have to climb several steps without access for the disabled. I don't know why it has a four-star category.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel conveniently located near the historical center. The breakfast buffet was great and the WiFi worked immediately. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ruth at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist us with a problem. The restaurant served an excellent meal with a discount for guests. I would recommend this hotel for its location, service, and dining experience.

The lady at reception was excellent. We only stayed one night but I would stay again. Rooms were big, bathrooms too and a shower that would blow you accross the room. Decor is a little quirky and maybe not up to date but I think thats why I liked it. Dinner was amazing value at 13 euro. All in all a brilliant find and how they do it for the price is beyond me. I'll be back next year.
I didnt bother to try and get the Landcruiser into the carpark.. Too small and not cheap at about 10 euro. Parked outside for 80c overnight with the parking meter.

Location was ideal for visiting all sites of Burgos
Very frumpy. In need of an upgrade. Bath surround is grubby. Short of staff. Garage arrangements were not explained adequately.
